Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Cycada Ltd. (Hebrew: סייקדה בע״מ), doing business as Cycada (“Cycada”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, and shares information.
Registered address: Simtat HaGiva 12, Savyon, 5651112, Israel.
Cycada provides AI-powered outbound appointment-booking infrastructure for service businesses (“Clients”). Clients use Cycada to contact their own leads and prospects and schedule appointments.
This Policy covers three groups of people:
- Visitors to our website.
- Businesses and staff who use a Cycada account (“Platform Users”).
- Individuals contacted by Cycada on behalf of a Client (“Contacted Individuals”).
Our role
For Platform User data — your account, business information, and billing information — Cycada is the data controller and decides how that data is used, subject to this Policy.
For Contacted Individual data — the leads our Clients upload for calling — Cycada acts as a service provider on behalf of our Clients. Our Client determines whose information is uploaded and why they are being contacted. Each Client affirmatively confirms, as part of their agreement with Cycada, that they have obtained proper prior consent to contact each uploaded lead by automated voice call, and that they have a lawful basis for that contact. Cycada provides the calling infrastructure, applies calling-compliance checks, honors suppression and opt-out requests, and processes the resulting call and appointment data according to our Client's instructions and our agreement with them.
If you are a Contacted Individual and want your information removed, the fastest way is to tell the calling agent directly during a call — for example, “remove me”, “stop calling”, or “take me off your list”. This is treated as an immediate instruction and is acted on right away.
Website visitors
When you visit our website, we collect standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited — through normal server logging. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. We do not sell website visitor data.
Information we collect from Platform Users
When you create a Cycada account, we collect your name, email, phone number, business name, business address, login credentials, campaign configuration details you enter, and usage data such as login activity and support requests. Cycada does not currently collect or process billing or payment information, as billing is not yet active on the platform.
How we use Platform User information
We use this information to provide, operate, and maintain the Cycada platform; process campaign activations and outbound calling on your behalf; provide appointment visibility, reporting, and account support; communicate with you about your account and service updates; improve the product; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell Platform User personal information.
Information we collect about Contacted Individuals
When a Client uploads a lead list, we may process, on the Client's behalf:
- Name, phone number, and email address, if provided.
- Service interest and lead source.
- Call outcomes.
- Call recordings and transcripts.
- Appointment details.
- The content of conversations during the call.
We do not independently collect information about Contacted Individuals from any other source — all such data originates from our Client.
AI calling, automation, and call recording
Calls placed through Cycada are conducted by an AI voice agent, not a live human. Our calling agents identify themselves as an automated scheduling assistant at the start of every call, before any substantive conversation begins. If you ask whether you're speaking with an automated system, the agent will confirm this honestly, and our agents are never instructed to claim to be human.
Some calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. Where a call is recorded, we provide verbal notice of the recording at the start of the call.
Our calling agents do not state that an appointment is booked unless it has actually been confirmed, and do not fabricate confirmation numbers, technician names, or arrival windows.
Do-not-call, suppression, and opt-out rights
Before any calling campaign begins, uploaded lead lists are checked against the National Do Not Call Registry and Cycada's internal suppression records; numbers on either list are not called.
If you receive a call and do not want to be contacted again, tell the calling agent directly during the call, and the request will be honored immediately. Your request is recorded as a suppression flag for that Client's campaigns specifically — if you are a lead for more than one Cycada Client, you will need to opt out separately with each. You may also contact us directly using the information in Section 13.
Data retention
- Call recordings and transcripts — retained for 12 months from the call date, then deleted or archived.
- Lead records — retained for the duration of the active Client relationship, and for up to 12 months after a Client relationship ends.
- Suppression and opt-out records — retained indefinitely, so that a request not to be contacted is never inadvertently reversed.
Data security
We use safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, and we restrict access to Client and lead data to personnel who require it to operate the platform. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 13, and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

If you were contacted by one of our calling agents and want to be removed from future calls, saying “remove me” during the call is the fastest way to do this.
Children's privacy
Cycada is not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If a calling agent identifies that it is speaking with a minor, or with someone who is not the intended contact, it will not proceed with booking an appointment.
International data
Cycada is based in Israel and provides services related to individuals located in the United States. As a result, information may be transferred between these jurisdictions. We take reasonable steps designed to ensure appropriate protections apply to such transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date.
